To secure your reservations, we kindly request a 1000 Php deposit payment. This deposit will ensure that your tour package is reserved for you and allows us to make the necessary arrangements to provide you with an exceptional travel experience.
Payment Details:
Deposit Amount: 50% of the total tour package cost

Please note that once the deposit is received, your tour package reservations will be confirmed, and the remaining balance needs to be settled 2 days (48 hours) before your check-in or scheduled tour. Failure to complete the payment within the given timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the availability of resources, we have implemented a no-cancellation policy for our particular tour packages. Once the deposit is made and the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
Rebooking Option:
In the event that you need to reschedule your tour, we offer a rebooking option. You can make a one-time request to change the dates of your tour within one year from the original date of the tour package, subject to availability. However, please note that any changes requested may be subject to additional fees or price adjustments based on the updated tour package rates.
Security Fee for Accommodations:
Guests who opt for our accommodation + tours package at Foxtail Siargao Guesthouse are kindly requested to provide a security deposit for their accommodation upon check-in. The security deposit for double, triple, and quad rooms is set at 1500 Php each, while family suites require a deposit of 2000 Php. This deposit serves as a precautionary measure against any potential damages that may occur during the duration of the stay. In the event that damages are incurred in any of the rooms or suites, the corresponding fees will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damages exceeds the initial security fee, additional charges may be imposed. However, if no such charges are necessary, the security deposit will be fully refunded to guests upon check-out.
